This position is for a Commercial Lighting Product Manager who will lead the Product Marketing and Product Development function in our client's Commercial Lighting division. The successful candidate will be responsible for product development, market research, and strategic planning.

Description
  • Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to market launch.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design and improve products.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and customer feedback.
  • Ensure products meet industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products and strategies in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Train and support sales team on new product features and benefits.


Profile

The successful Commercial Lighting Product Manager should have:
  • Degree/equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, working for a commercial lighting business with an understanding of the UK market.
  • Strong knowledge of market research methods and analysis.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional projects.
