This Category Manager will be a key player in a Category team where success is achieved through translating data into compelling story telling driving business success.

Client Details

A London based Ambient food company with global reach. Brand leaders within Category and continued double digit growth through innovation and brand / people investment.

Description

Working with a brand leader in food, on their way to total category leadership.

You'll be working across an existing & extensive portfolio of products.

Category Management of key retailers inc. Morrisons, Asda, Co-Op & Ocado

Although predominantly Branded, there will also be Private Label projects, broadening category exposure and knowledge.

Sell ins and brand plans will form part of the customer contact, along with running range reviews, buyer category inductions.

Profile

A successful Category Manager - Ambient should have:
  • Ability to access London daily
  • Proven experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in category management
  • Exceptional analytical skills, highly proficient on the retail data source inc. Kantar, Circana, Nielsens......
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
