Sales Team Manager

Could you be interested in leading a sales team with a market leading wholesaler who are projecting significant growth in the coming years?

The focus of this Regional Sales Manager will be to manage, develop and mentor a sales team operating across the Midlands, Wales and the South.

You will additionally be responsible for managing your own key accounts and setting budgets while ensuring margins and targets are met.

With increased capacity and capability for output, the business is looking for their new regional sales leader to add value to continue their successful period of growth.

To be considered a potential candidate of success it is essential to have both man management experience as well as a background in Foodservice or Food Manufacturing. A strong analytical and commercial awareness will be required to appropriately lead the team.

The role will require frequent travel throughout the described region, it is strongly advised you are based centrally within the patch. There may additionally be associated travel to other parts of the UK as and where needed.
