We’re partnered with a super impressive scale up FMCG brand who IS NOT one of the usual suspects and different from the norm. No gimmicks, no weird and wonderful back story, just an impressive product, impressive brand and an authentic founder who is a genuine, down to earth character who has vision.
These guys know who they are, what they stand for and who their target market is. They’re a premium brand and with the right focus in the OOH space, could absolutely smash it out the park! They’ve built the business relatively in OOH and more recently, made moves in retail having launched in Tesco last year with more major listings in the pipeline.
They’re now at a stage of growth where they’re looking to invest in an ambitious, hungry and talented OOH Business Development Manager/ National Account Manager to take a proactive approach in OOH working with both wholesalers and end users to really out them on the map.
This is a home based position (the brand is based in London) which will see you operate across the UK winning business and developing accounts with ‘all of the above’ when it comes to OOH, reporting to the Commercial Director.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategically planning your approach to business development and getting out there to make it happen Scaling new opportunities and developing relationships Considering NPD for new customers – what else is achievable? Operating across the UK attending trade shows, networking and enhancing relationships What we’re looking for:
FMCG sales experience within Out of Home (Preferably both end user and wholesale) Ambition, energy, drive to succeed in developing new business A track record of winning and scaling business within OOH Entrepreneurial flair, inquisitive nature and JFDI attitude! This is an awesome opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career and take the next step. Character is key for this hire and it will need someone who has grit, determination, tenacity and resilience. You’ll also have good attention to detail and driven to carve something out in the market you can put your own stamp on.
