I am seeking an excellent Wholesaler/Foodservice Key Account Manager within Poultry. The role is split 50/50 Account Management to BD and you will be joining a company strongly invested in NPD which is one reason that employees are always kept on their toes and get to enjoy the pleasures of working within Food!

The company is an established leader in the FMCG Food industry with a commitment to quality and innovation. The company serves a broad range of consumers in numerous markets across Europe, too.

They operate in Private/Own Label as well as Branded. This role sits within the Branded side of the business.

Description

The successful Foodservice Wholesalers - Key Account Manager will:
  • Patch: South West - Bristol / Swindon, Exeter, Poole etc dependent on customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key wholesaler and foodservice accounts.
  • Coordinate sales and promotional activities for the designated accounts.
  • Maintain and deliver Full P&L responsibility
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts with the key accounts.
  • Report on sales results and forecasts to upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.


Profile

A successful Wholesale Key Account Manager should have:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG - Food.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is:
  • A competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£50,000 - flexibility for a candidate who ticks more boxes!
  • Company Car/Car Allowance
  • Up to 15% bonus (of basic salary), broken down monthly PLUS a stretch target to allow you to earn more!
