One of Sussex 's leading employers within the education sector are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis

Description

As a Finance Business Partner you will take a leading role in the capital projects team. You will have responsibility for financial management and control of a portfolio of capital projects and will provide financial reporting and management information to project steering groups and to the organisation's groups and committees. You will be a key contact on all project finance matters, for Directors of Professional Services, Senior Responsible Officers, Project Executives and Project Managers and the Finance division senior management. You will work collaboratively with senior estates and IT management, project teams and stakeholders across the organisation, offering Financial support and Services on the Capital Programme.

Profile

Ideally, you have or are working towards a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or you have relevant working experience. You possess the skills to manage your own workload and at times, support other colleagues. You have the ability and experience to communicate effectively with the capital projects team, finance management and project stakeholders of all levels and on a broad range of financial matters. You are an experienced finance professional with experience of delivering Financial support and Services in relation to capital projects and programmes.
