Description
  • You will lead on the public fundraising program which includes individual giving, digital, community, events and legacies.
  • You will help generate annual targets inline with the budgets and KPI metrics set.
  • You will adopt a insight led approach and you will advise on other internal teams on this topic area.
  • You will manage and develop the database of fundraising which includes GDPR.
  • You will utilize direct marketing channels to recruit and retain supporters across lots of products, including cash, regular giving, digital lead, generation, events and legacies.
  • You will deliver on creative and effective new fundraising products.
  • You will laisse with the comms team to help with supporter journey, using data analysis, and insights.
  • Build relationships with supporters to generate income.
  • Set,monitor and report on income and spending budgets and key performance indicators.

  • Experience of analyzing data to help with activity

  • Grown a supporter base previously
