About the role: National Account Manager Interim
Home based with access to the Midlands monthly
Six Months Contract Salary £55,000 to £65,000 or daily rate
Our client is an ambitious branded a FMCG business with a strong and loyal customer base.
The role is to manage a range of existing multiple retail customers that deliver both profit and growth. You will develop joint business plans and be able to forecast confidently. Your key performance indicators will include developing relationships cross functionally, driving sales and managing trade promotional spend, whilst developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.
Ideal candidates will have a background in FMCG that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of national account management.
You must have experience of managing multiples. We want a confident National Account Manager who can deliver strong relationships with the major retailers including Tesco and Asda. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.
Our client is a business that can mix the classical candidate with candidates who can demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. It’s the classic National Account Manager we want who will honour this interim contract.
