Are you currently a Store Product Auditor, FMCG Merchandiser or Research Fieldworker?

We’ve got an exciting opportunity here at Field Sales Solutions to look after some of the UK’s best loved brands - from Ferrero Rocher to Nutella to Kinder.

Do you want to join the quality and freshness team?

Your role is to contribute towards making sure that the excellence of these products is maintained at the highest possible level.

Our client looks after quality from the moment goods leave the factory until the moment of consumption!

By joining our close-knit team, you can be part of the final piece in the puzzle of the products life cycle.

Use your skills, knowledge and curiosity to gather data from visiting retail outlets to assess products so that Ferrero can make informed and critical decisions about the quality and freshness of Ferrero products

Ferrero is judged 6 million times a day by consumers and they cannot afford to fail even once. So we need your contribution!

In return for joining us as our Ferrero Quality Ambassador, we can offer you a competitive salary of £23,795.20 + Up to 10% Bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card

Ideal location: Solihull (B92) / West Bromwich (B70) Birmingham

Territory: MIDLANDS

Your role as Ferrero Quality Ambassador includes:

    The role is 100% Field Based and you will need a great geographical knowledge of the area Whilst there is no selling in this role, relationship building in store is key. Within stores in your geographical area, you will be performing product audits, on Ferrero products, to ensure that the product on shelf is of top quality for the consumer, which is Ferrero’s number 1 priority. Attention to detail is critical, as the data you collect not only gives Ferrero a view of the marketplace, but it is instrumental in Ferrero’s decision making & support them in their quality strategy. You will have the autonomy and authority to visit stores in your geographical area and be the eyes and ears of what is happening in the field.

What will you need to become our Ferrero Quality Ambassador?

    Able to work independently, under pressure, and towards deadlines. A passion to be field based. Experience in collecting data. Excellent attention to detail. Good geographical knowledge of your area. Be smart, reliable, able to use your own initiative and well organised. A full clean UK drivers’ licence
