This exciting role requires a focused and driven Wholesale & C&C (Cash and Carry) NAM with a passion for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships within the wholesale and Cash and Carry channel

Our client is a small, health-focused food and beverage company. Founded around 10 years ago, they've gone from strength to strength, with a strong focus on sustainability and health. They're now looking for a NAM to lead their C&C and wholesale channels.

Description

• Actively prospect and win new business within the C&C / Wholesale channel
• Build strong relationships and grow your account base sustainably
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams including supply and marketing to ensure customer needs are met
• Use market research to inform sales strategies and account management
• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
• Use excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals
• Regularly report on sales performance and customer feedback

Profile

• Prior experience in C&C / wholesale essential
• Must have operated at regional or national level
• Hunter mentality with a thirst for new business
• Able to work autonomously
• A track record of driving sales growth across cash & carry and convenience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Must be able to be in Central London a couple times a week
