Description
- Develop and implement the CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and loyalty
- Conduct customer segmentation and tailor marketing communication accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM plans into the overall marketing strategy
- Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to inform CRM strategies
- Report on CRM campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
- Ensure data collection and management practices are compliant with regulations
- Assist in the development of customer loyalty programmes
- Stay abreast of CRM trends in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector and implement best practices
Profile
A successful CRM Executive should have:
- Experience in CRM
