Description
The successful Field Sales Manager will demonstrate:
- Analysis is a key factor in your success for this role - you must be able to demonstrate examples of strong analysis, and how you've used this to achieve targets for set regions/distribution/accounts
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate and close agreements
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Profile
A successful Field Sales Manager should have:
- Proven work experience in a sales team lead role, preferably in the health/nutrition industry.
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership/soft skills, as well as, organisational skills
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A keen interest in the health/wellness/nutrition sector.
