Are you an ambitious and highly commercial National Account Manager within Wholesale and OOH?
Are you looking for a environment that champions taking risks, thinking differently, collaborative working with a strong culture of winning together?
We have partnered with a FMCG brand based in the North West that are looking for a important sales hire within the Tesco.
In this role, there is a number of develop levers that can be pulled to support your development and help you build new skills experiences. This business likes to invest in the team and give you a clear path to learn and grow!
So, what will you do?
You will have responsibility for managing the Booker account and drive the account forward. There is A LOT of whoite paper for a hands on and commercial sales person to focus on the OOH growth with large national customers to drive the pull through and account growth.
This isn’t a good fit for someone that doesn’t enjoy the hunt and working with end users.
In more detail…
- Manage and develop customer relationships at relevant levels and build cross functional relationships within defined customers
- Achieve agreed annual business targets at Net Sales, Gross Margin and Volume by product and category group.
- Drive new business with national end user accounts.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting back to the business
- Implement the promotional and New Product Development plans.
- Deliver future relevant price increases in full.
- Develop Joint Business Plan within all managed accounts and drive customer commitment to execution.
What is the business looking for?
- Wholesale and or Booker account management experience.
- Great commercial acumen with the ability to see and explore opportunities.
- The ability to drive the business forward with customers and end users.
- Self-starter, motivated, ambitious and willing to learn.
- Strong stakeholder management skills (Internal & External).
- Resilient, tenacious, financially literate and passion!
