Looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland selling into end users, independent retailers, automotive outlets and industrial engineering companies

You will have the following duties:

  • To achieve turnover and profit targets
  • To achieve set KPI’s within the sector in line with company objectives
  • To use all systems and data available to carefully identify customer requirements and sales strategy, and to plan all call carefully and methodically
  • To build strong professional relationships with team members
  • To communicate effectively at all levels (Internally & Externally)
  • To be creative in their thinking and deliver results

About the Company:

Working for a well established manufacture of hand tools, automotive tools, tool kits etc looking for someone to take on a high performing area and join their friendly sales team.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

For this Area Sales Manager position you will have experience selling into end users. A background in DIY/Automotive would be advantageous but full product training will be provided. You will be able to diary plan to cover the large territory and be able to spend nights away when visiting the furthest areas of the allocated territory. You will be driven and keen to develop the area building on a successful patch and developing new and existing customer relationships. Proficient IT capabilities in particular with Excel and PowerPoint

Salary/Benefits Information:

£35,000 + bonus + Commission (OTE £50,000) + car + benefits
