The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an FMCG company in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role also involves managing and leading a team to ensure the delivery of the company's marketing strategy across the full marketing mix.

This company is an established player in the FMCG sector with a global portfolio of household name brands. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team working across a market leading brand to set and deliver the strategy with full P&L accountability.
Description
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic marketing plans for your brand
- Overseeing the management of a marketing team
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Collaborating with sales, PR, and product development teams
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
- Organising and managing marketing operations to improve efficiency
- Managing budget allocation for marketing projects
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven marketing experience in the FMCG industry within a matrix organisation
- Line management experience is desirable
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing a P&L
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- A strong commercial acumen
- Excellent understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics
Job Offer
A salary of up to £85,000 + package and benefits is on offer for the successful candidate
