Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world, and currently seeking Seasonal Regional Field Manager to represent our partner, Nestlé.
The festive season sees the demand for Nestlé products increase. The purpose of the Regional Field Manager role is to professionally recruit, manage, direct and motivate a team of Seasonal Retail Field Sales Executives. You will be required to enforce all agreed field performance standards, procedures and systems, ensure that deadlines are met and that all company policies are adhered to throughout the Field Sales team.
The role runs from September to 22nd December and gives you the opportunity to work with our Nestlé Confectionery operation across the top four grocery retailers. We are recruiting nationwide. This is a full-time opportunity whereby you will work 7.5 hours per day between 07:00 and 19:00. There is a degree of flexibility with this role, allowing you to choose which 5 days out of 7 you work!

Role Details:

As a Regional Field Manager you will:
- Hold management responsibility for a field based teams, including recruiting, managing, directing and motivating. Conducting individual performance appraisals, implementing personal development plans and coaching.
- Manage the delivery of agreed field retail performance standards, procedures and systems, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all company policies are adhered to.
- Carrying out team meetings to discuss results, provide training and to give direction on strategic priorities.
- Regular analysis of team performance in conjunction with data insights and production of weekly and monthly reports.

Who are we looking for?
You will possess demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment, although we will also consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You will be passionate about the amazing brands we market and have the drive and tenacity to succeed. Previous experience of managing a remote or field based team would be advantageous.
You must hold a full manual driving licence and be able to travel within a defined territory.
