- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organising them efficiently.
- Monitoring progress and submitting performance reports.
- Conducting market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
- Working collaboratively with various teams within the business.
Profile
A successful Customer Marketing Manager should have:
- Experience working in a Customer Marketing Manager or similar position.
- Knowledge of the food service/FMCG industry.
- Excellent understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
