Job Description:
- Recruiting for an Internal Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of small dealer customers in an internal sales role.
- Manage a portfolio of existing smaller indirect customers, making use of virtual ways of working maintain and develop relationships.
- Cross/up-sell service contracts including renewals to existing customers.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
- Work closely with marketing to develop and implement campaigns to increase sales.
- Use virtual media to meet with, demo equipment and train/instruct customers on the use of machines.
- Aid with lead generation and lead qualification.
- Respond to customer enquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in sales or within a customer service role would be required.
- Knowledge of service contracts would be high advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills and relationship building capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills is a must.
- The ability to plan your own diary and develop existing relationships as well as looking for new business opportunities.
- Be technology literate and able to work across social media and e-commerce.

- Basic of £28,000.
