Senior Account Manager Retail (Food Service)

Are you an experienced food safety or health & safety professional, looking for a challenging new role, working with some of the top Global and UK food, hospitality, retail, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands and online aggregators? 

NSF is seeking a Senior Account Manager Retail (Food Service) to strategically manage accounts with high impact and/or complexity. You will build relationships with clients whilst providing them with technical expertise. As first point of contact for our clients, the role will provide you the opportunity to use your technical, account management and innovation skills to support our clients’ needs - driving safety standards and minimising exposure to relevant risks while working in partnership to move safety cultures forward.

Principal accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

•    Strategically manage accounts with high impact and or complexity
•    Build relationships with clients while providing technical expertise
•    Identify and procure new business or cross selling opportunities with customers
•    Trend analysis to identify areas of improvement
•    Serve as technical expert for audit requirements, food safety, health and safety and brand standards
•    Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets KPI’s 
•    Assist with administrative responsibility when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Qualification in relevant subject (Food Safety/Food Science/Environmental Health/Business) is preferred
•    Post qualification work experience in a field related to the post 
•    Audit knowledge preferable 
•    Excellent communication and relationship building skills
•    Have excellent report and presentation both verbal and written
•    Excellent subject matter knowledge in the food industry
•    Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills
•    Ability to obtain a professional registration (environmental health or related profession)
