Over the last few years, this organisation has transformed its capability in what it can deliver.  They’ve developed innovative solutions and are continuing to do so, and due to this adaptability and growth they’re going through, they’re now looking for a Head of Sales to take them into their next phase of growth.

Their new innovation is currently delivering 25% of the business revenue but could easily be 5 times this and that’s where you come in!

This role will see you in a new business development role, working on long sales cycles to win large business contracts.  To be successful in this role we’re looking for:

  • A hunter of new business in the B2B world – you thrive in winning new business and developing relationships.
  • Someone who is experienced in long sales cycles and working with big contracts in a B2B capacity working with various stakeholders.
  • Someone who is used to solution-based selling and understanding customer needs early on.
  • A determination, discipline, tenacity and resilience which has seen you previously deliver impressive sales results.
  • Someone who cares. You’ve got to have a balance of being results-driven and being service-led.
