Within the UK we have successfully established ourselves as a leading player across both the Juices and Wine categories, providing high-quality beverages to major retailers and the convenience channel across the Country. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking to appoint a National Account Manager within the commercial team.
The Role
Reporting to the UK Business Director you will be challenged and developed across the Retail and Convenience Channel. As a National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with some of our leading Customers. You will be responsible for managing both branded and own label product portfolios within the juice and wine categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at major retailers and convenience stores, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and implementing effective promotional strategies.
- Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative product concepts and packaging solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Forecasting and Planning: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales forecasts and develop strategic plans for achieving sales targets. Focus on a first-class service level, keeping reports updated and communication with clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on key business objectives and executional excellence.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, while also providing regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have gained several years FMCG experience within either an Own Label or Branded FMCG (Food or Drink) Business and will National Account Management experience across one of the following channels:
- Grocery/Retail
- Convenience Channel
However, we are also open to more junior commercial candidates who are ready make the “step-up” in responsibility and accountability.
