Description
- Responsible for a product range in a core category ensuring that the ranging is relevant for the target audience
- Managing a budget, setting pricing and delivering on sales and margins targets
- Working closely with retailers on driving optimum sell out of key products
- Developing a strong stakeholder network internally and externally to foster collaboration
- Marketing investments are optimised through the relevant channels including shopper activation's/events
Profile
A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:
- A strong academic background with a degree in a relevant field
- Experience in setting RSPs, managing Retailer invoice pricing and margins (mandatory)
- Previous Product Management experience in a relatable sector (minimum 3+ years)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working within a fast-paced, evolving industry
- Identifying future trends and how to use these for business success
- Outstanding analytical and data management skills
- Results driven and motivated by succeeding
- Improve customer satisfaction by operating resources and making decisions based on the customer
