About the Role:

Working within the state-of-the-art professional coffee division, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts specifically within big groups (hotel chains, pub chains, restaurant chains etc).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to sell high-end fully automatic coffee machines and work with customers to ensure their expectations are met.  Specific duties will include;

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new potential clients and existing customers
  • New business development & account management
  • Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions and a first-class service & support
  • Working closely with internal departments, ensuring processes are followed, orders fulfilled and client queries handled effectively and professionally
  • Developing and managing a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

In order to be considered for the role of Coffee Sales & Account Manager you must possess the following;

  • Proven experience in business development or account management, ideally related to coffee & coffee equipment or foodservice
  • Experience of selling into large Pub chains, Hotel chains, Restaurant chains and the wider HoReCa market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information
  • High levels of enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK meeting customers and end user sites
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A full UK driving license Live in either The Midlands The Southeast or The Southwest

Salary/Benefits Information:

Salary of up to £55,000 p.a (DOE)

Uncapped OTE of circa £20k p.a

25 days annual leave
