With some of the most exciting Brands within the Retail and C&I channel, they are at the forefront of strong organic growth across several categories/product areas. There is a now a great opportunity to join the business with the Marketing Team.

 

The Role

In the newly created Global Brand Manager role you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director. You will be the Matrix Lead in the overall marketing and new product development activities for the allocated brands across a several Countries/Regions. You will be the point of contact for the implementation of the Global Brand Strategy and you will have involvement in market research, advertising and promotion and new product development activities across the individual countries.

 

  • Support/Assist of Development of the Global Marketing Strategy to effectively reach our consumers
  • Work with In-Country Marketing Teams to Develop and execute brand innovation plans based on consumer led insight
  • Oversight of NPD and EPD in full, on time and in budget
  • High level of communication with external partners building working and lasting relationships
  • Advisory input across Market Research, Advertising (Both ATL and BTL) and Promotions, New Product Development and activities
  • Manage an annual Marketing Spend budget
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for new product development / range extension / refresh
  • Full responsibility for all areas of the Marketing Mix
  • To respond to ad hoc requests and/or take an active role in specific projects as directed by your line manager.

 

Candidate Requirements

Relevant candidates will either be Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager level. With strong Consumer Brand Marketing experience from one of the following areas-

  • FMCG/Food Brand Marketing Experience
  • FMCG/Drinks Brand Marketing Experience
  • FMCG Non Food or Even Consumer Durable Experience
  • International Marketing Experience- FMCG or Consumer Non-Food Products

You must also be highly proactive and hugely passionate about Marketing and Brands and have genuine interest in working with other Countries/Regions on Brand Strategy.
