At Foster we have an exciting opportunity for a National Account Executive to join Team Foster with a salary upto 30K per annum plus bonus & car allowance.

The Cool Stuff
You will be responsible for getting our amazing partner brands in front of Buyers and securing listings with retailers across the UK
Working closely with our brand partners, you will identify the retail channels that are the right fit, prioritise the retailers within and build a compelling brand strategy and story.
You will reach out to Buyers and communicate what it is about the brand(s) that would make it a great fit for their shoppers.
You will be the face of our partner brands, talking to the retailer with enthusiasm and credibility.
You will work with Foster’s existing database of Retailers and Buyers as well as using your own knowledge to scope out a list of suitable outlets and venues to stock our partner brands.
You will be an active member of the Foster team, using LinkedIn and your own network to maximise your reach and identify great new opportunities for our partner brands.
You will be an integral part of an exciting and growing sales team, understanding trends and changes in your categories and channels and communicating them back to our management team to drive our Retail activation strategy.
You will get our partner brands on shelves across the UK; increasing the number of stores they are in. Increasing the amount of space our brands have. Growing sales.
The Detail Stuff
You will find the right home for our partner brands across UK retail, matching them with the retailers who have the right consumers to achieve listings and a great rate of sale.
You will talk to the Buying Teams across UK retail, from Multiple Grocery to Convenience; from Petrol Forecourts to Food Service; from On-line retailers to Independent Specialists.
You will provide a compelling introduction to the Retail Buyers for our partner brands.
You will present for, or alongside, our brand partners demonstrating the why; delivering the passion and negotiating commercials that compel the retailer whilst also delivering brand growth for our brand partners.
You will be tenacious and always looking for opportunities to increase consumer awareness and retailer listings!
You will report into Head of Retail Acceleration, coming up with the right retailer strategy for our brand partners and ensuring execution of that strategy.
You will use Foster’s CRM system to ensure all retail activation activity is up-to-date and progressing to timelines.
You will manage the Foster Retail Activation Hub, ensuring our Brand partners have a clear view of activity, progress and success.
You will observe, consider, and report what you have seen or heard in UK retail to drive performance or client intelligence.
You will own personal targets for your assigned brands and channels, and you will be passionate about achieving them.
You will be an active member of a highly energetic and passionate team; taking part in daily comms and team meetings.
