A family run heritage premium food company who produce natural, organic, flavoursome and nutritionally rich products.  We have pioneered the food in our category in the UK and International markets achieving year on year growth.


Due to the success we have had as a business, we are looking for someone to join as a Category Manager to head up the Grocery channel. Our products, own label are listed in all the major multiples and we are seeking a talented professional with a proven ability to make things happen and to unlock potential opportunity. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our International and innovative business. Reporting to the UK Sales Director, you will help develop a business plan and sales strategy that will deliver both profit and growth for a significant part of the category. You will manage relationships cross functionally and managing the trade promotional spend. Developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy as well as leading the category vision.


Ideal candidates will have an FMCG Food background that has provided them with classical category training and an understanding of the core needs of category management. Ideally you will have come from a more entrepreneurial food background. You will be an action orientated, self-starting and passionate individual with the ability to make things happen and be happy working as part of a small team.  The team are talented, hardworking, and very friendly and are prepared to stand for what they believe is right for the brand.
