The successful Sales Executive - Personal Care (Consumer Goods) will:
  • Support your line manager delivering budgeted invoice, net sales and gross margin within the designated account portfolio and financial year.
  • Seek out and exploit all sales opportunities consistently to achieve short & long term company objectives.
  • Generating and following up on leads to drive sales
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Presenting products to potential clients
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Participating in sales team meetings and training sessions
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of sales events
  • Enjoy collaborating and building your skillset and career


A successful Sales Executive - Personal Care (Consumer Goods) should have:
  • Ideally experience Customer Accounts within Consumer Goods, Retail or Commercial/Agency industry
  • Experience in Profit & Loss (P&L) management or supporting on!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Determination to drive and build their career
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
  • Strong customer service skills
  • An understanding of the FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of Amazon market place (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong data analysis, organising and prioritisation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven

Job Offer

On offer for the successful Sales Executive
  • Basic Salary up to £35,000
  • 10% bonus
  • 2 days onsite in Buckinghamshire
  • Comprehensive benefits including a great pension, life assurance, and private medical
  • AL of 25 days + 8 days BH
  • Core working hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
