My client is major, growing international outdoor clothing brand.


The Benelux Area Sales Manager - Equestrian/Outdoor Clothing will be responsible for the following:Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to deliver commercial campaigns with key retailers.Develop and execute the strategic plan for key accounts to achieve and strive to exceed sales targets.To provide support to retailers to maintain a strong and effective brand presence, including appropriate in-store merchandising and online.To work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Product to create demand and develop the brand within the region.Execute a structured selling process with a good understanding of supporting sell through.Prepare and own the GTM plans for most relevant customers for the area.Responsible for market analysis of respective area, to report to Head of SalesPrepare numbers and meetings with accounts, understand, and use data.Coaching, motivating, and managing the customers in line with the yearly and seasonal GTM objectives.Support customers at shows and events when needed according to meaningful time management.Ensure that reporting and necessary administration is done in a professional manner and on time.Work with Customer Service, Demand Planning and Operations to ensure smooth product flow where booking in and order book management is needed.Carry out any other appropriate tasks as designated by the Head of Sales and senior teamForm a close working relationship with company management team to ensure good understanding of business and support business initiatives


The Benelux Area Sales Manager - Equestrian/Outdoor Clothing will come with the following skills and experiences:sales experience ideally within an equestrian, sports, outdoor or country lifestyle brandarea management experience working with retail and key accountsFluent in writing and spoken Dutch, French and English - this is essential for the roleSuccessful track record working with retail accounts (bricks, online and omni) to increase revenueBrand building and product marketingCountry/Equestrian market knowledgeUse of analytics to support business decisionsSelf-starter with can do attitude and approach to their workExcellent organisational and presentation skillsIT literate and strong financial acumen for P&L, reporting etc. We require the successful candidate to be based in Belgium for this role, however we will look at candidates who are in Netherlands but ideally close to the border.

Job Offer

c50,000-60,000 Euros basic salary, 30% of salary in bonuses, fully expensed company car (allowance of 10,000 an option) + other benefits to be included in contract.
