Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join my client’s team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for expanding a well-known food brand diversifying by launching into product categories

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans to achieve business objectives.  
- Conduct market research to understand consumer insights and trends.  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.  
- Manage brand budgets and track performance metrics.  
- Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns.  
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to identify opportunities.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the food or bakery industry.  
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.  
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Creative thinking and a passion for building strong brands.
