Role Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Salary + 20% Bonus Opportunity + Company Car 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week 
Territory: National (combination of work from home, trade visits, customer/head office meetings, which will be in Leeds, Burton or Winnersh Triangle)

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our elite team as National Field Manager. You'll be the driving force behind our bustling Haribo & Molson Coors team. If you're ready to make waves and leave your mark, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Leading, managing, training, and developing two Regional Managers, who in turn manage 9 Sales Executives each.  
  • Operational Success: Your strategic oversight will extend to guiding four Key Account Executives, ensuring they achieve operational delivery success within the convenience and Co-op channels.  
  • Strategic Development: Utilizing insights gathered from field activities and collected data, you will propose best practices and innovative initiatives that drive continuous improvement in operations and ROI. 
  • Values Champion: As a champion of our clients’ and Powerforce's values, you will embed and promote these principles across the team, ensuring they resonate in every aspect of our operations.

Requirements

  • People Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams is essential.  
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership qualities are a must. 
  • Passion for Nurturing Talent: A genuine passion for nurturing and developing talent within your team is essential. 
  • Desire to Win: A strong desire to achieve success and exceed targets will fuel your efforts.  
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building skills are paramount.  
  • Driving Licence: Full driving licence for at least 12 months
