The role of Business Development Manager will involve driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities primarily in London but also further afield. The candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.

My client is a rapidly growing beauty business, taking the HoReCa channel by storm. Founded in Australia, they now have offices around the globe, servicing over 90 countries and thousands of hotels. My client is a forward thinking, fun, energetic business, with exceptional opportunities and a fun and engaging culture. They are now looking for a Sales Manager, with a true passion for brands, especially within beauty, to grow their independent Hotel business across London and further afield.

Description
  • Manage and grow your account base across the London independent hotel channel
  • Actively prospect and win new business
  • Present new brands to customers and up-sell products to increase spend
  • Regularly review the market to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and deliver internal and external presentations to report internally and secure new business
  • Lead contract tenders, negotiations and pricing discussions with clients
  • Deliver product samples and training sessions to your account base
  • Forecast efficiently and work with demand planning to ensure efficient supply
  • Monthly reporting to track sales and revenue growth


Profile
  • Must have a passion for and proven experience in new business development
  • Must have prior sales experience, with experience winning new business
  • An interest in beauty products is essential
  • Food, beverage or beauty background. Experience selling into hotels is a bonus. Must at least have experience selling to hospitality
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
  • Strong communicator with good commercial acumen
  • Must be able to travel around London and be in trade 2-3 days a week


Job Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £42,000 to £55,000
