- Develop and Drive local new business opportunities across the North
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy in alignment with client's overall business goals
Client Details
My client is a Global Business with strong heritage and legacy, operating across five continents and offering a diverse product range. As part of the new brand strategy they are launching a new brand to market. This Brand will be supported with Global Sponsorship and huge investment in marketing and advertising from the Group.

Description
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the North region, converting them into sustainable and profitable customers.
- Leverage existing networks and bring new contacts to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a customer contact matrix, ensuring deep engagement with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of client/prospect information and call/meeting activity notes.
- Oversee account compliance to maximise company agreements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and identifying risks.
- Deliver volume growth and manage distribution through the channels and appointment of new channels in untapped markets.
- Drive exceptional customer satisfaction by achieving high level of collaboration between departments
- Support marketing initiatives and the effective use of brand assets.
- Represent the company at conferences and trade shows as required
Profile
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven track record in a sales role, ideally with experience in brand launch and growth.
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Solid commercial sales background in the food/beverage sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Commercially astute and customer-focused.
- Strong decision-making ability and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel within the South UK region.
- Keep up with current trends in the industry and modern business practices.
