Description
- Strategise and execute CRM campaigns to optimise conversion, repeat rate, LTV, and NPS across email and the app
- Utilise the CRM platform to develop and implement next best action plans with a strong focus on experimentation and A/B testing to optimise results
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, including campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between CRM initiatives and overall marketing objectives
- Continuously analyse campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for further testing, optimisation and improvement
- Actively drive configuration of the CRM platform for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- A passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements across the customer journey
- Identify customer journey requirements and trigger points for automated communications
Profile
A successful CRM Manager should have:
- Experience in CRM platforms in campaign set up, execution and reporting
- Results driven individual with extensive experience in optimising campaigns across email, app and onsite including a test and learn approach (mandatory)
- Previous mandatory experience in managing an email database of circa 1M+ customers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights into tanigible actions
- Excellent project management skills
- A self-starter and results-driven individual with a hunger to drive customer growth
- An understanding of HTML and Jinja
- Experience in e-commerce, app or retail marketing essential
- Only retail, travel/leisure and fashion sector experience will be considered for this role
