The company

Our client is a highly successful division of a major FMCG company operating across a number of diverse categories. The company holds the number 1 brand position in each of their 3 respective categories worth a combined £170m+ of retail sales! Still proudly privately owned and entrepreneurial, our client has some really exciting future growth plans for both existing and new brands, supported by targeted marketing investment. They now wish to appoint a passionate Revenue Management Executive to join their successful and supportive team.

The role

Reporting directly to the Revenue Planning Controller you will be responsible for in-year and annual planning process, working closely with Sales, Insights & Brand and Commercial Operations. Your focus will be to deliver value creation through sustainable growth in net sales and total gross margin, whilst ensuring you place the shopper and their mission at the heart of the planning

About you

Of graduate calibre, you have some practical revenue management executive experience under your belt, ideally gained within an FMCG environment. You may be a Revenue Planning or Commercial Planning Analyst or Assistant, ready for that next career move up the ladder. Ambitious recent graduates, in e.g., Business, with a year’s placement experience in a Commercial Operations team, will also be considered as my client offers an excellent training programme.

You possess strong analytical skills, with a can-do attitude and excellent stakeholder engagement building skills. You must be confident liaising across departments, both internal and external to the company. A good level of competency in Microsoft Excel is preferable.
