This is your opportunity to work for a multi award winning Field Marketing Agency – Field Sales Solutions. We work in partnership with some of the biggest, most exciting brands out there.

In return for joining us as a QA Analyst in our Business Intelligence department, we can offer you a competitive salary of up to £31,500 p.a. (dependant on experience) + benefits (pro rata).

Location: Remote home working with occasional Head Office (Thame, Oxfordshire) attendance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) data. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high data quality standards, identifying discrepancies, and providing insights to improve overall data reliability.

Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough quality checks on EPOS data to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures specific to EPOS data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyse data trends and patterns to identify potential issues or areas for improvement. Document findings, communicate insights, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Work closely with IT and data management teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to EPOS data. Maintain documentation of quality assurance activities, including test plans, test cases, and validation reports. Participate in regular meetings to review data quality metrics and discuss opportunities for enhancement. Collaborate with team members on data quality best practices and procedures. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in quality assurance or data analysis, preferably in a retail or EPOS environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify anomalies. Familiarity with EPOS systems and understanding of retail operations. Familiarity in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar software. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and business users. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
