Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as a Convenience Sales Representative!

Field Sales Solutions are a leading field marketing company. We represent the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK.  Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for some of our prestigious brand partners, including Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Eat Natural, Maryland Cookies, Jammie Dodgers & Fox’s biscuits!

In return, we can offer you a competitive salary of £24,000 p.a + Performance Related Bonus + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card, along with a list of other exciting incentives!

Ideal Locations:  SUTTON COLDFIELD, West Midlands - applications in surrounding areas will be considered.

What you will be doing as our Convenience Sales Representative?

    You will be calling on a selection of convenience stores & independent retailers within your territory. Increasing distribution of the range of products within your territory. Visiting your allocated wholesaler depots, collecting, and carrying stock to then sell to your customers directly.  You will focus on working with our clients, driving sales in convenience outlets through building strong relationships with your key decision makers, store owners and shop assistants. Gaining greater visibility, display, and availability in store for our clients’ brand portfolio. You will be confident in using sales data to approach key decision makers to effectively engage and sell stock into store. Negotiating space for products and siting POS in key locations.

What will you need to become our Convenience Sales Representative?

    A passion for sales. Ability to engage with customers and suppliers. Business development skills or previous sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, & time management skills. Ability to think strategically and analyse data. Proven record of demonstrating initiative & delivering results. Demonstrable commercial acumen. Ability to work with FMCG brands.
