Job Title: Commercial Manager (Fresh Produce / Aldi)
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
Pattern: Hybrid / 4 days office / 1 Day WFH

This is one of the rare opportunities in the Food & Fresh produce industry to onboard with a rapidly growing startup who've grown to £30M+ turnover in just 3 years.

With corporate backing, from one of the largest fresh produce suppliers in Europe to the UK Major retailers, this business is primed for significant growth over the coming years, which presents a significant career opportunity for the right candidate.

Tell me more about the role:

• Reporting into the UK Sales Director, you'll be supporting on the Aldi account as the day to day liason to the Aldi team.
• The intention is for this person to eventually own this relationship. As the business grows, you'll take on more responsibility with the other retailer accounts too.

Who's the 'right' candidate:

• There is some flex around these criteria at present, so if you don't hit the mark exactly, but you're close enough, do apply below as there may well be some interest in taking you forward to the business. Lots of growth means lots of opportunities!
• Someone who has started their Food & Fresh Produce career and is serious about progressing their career to the next step!

• Non-Negotiable: Commercial exp. within the FMCG (Food & Fresh Produce) environment.
• Nice to have: National Account position handling large accounts into Retail or Foodservice channels.
• Ideal: Previous Aldi Account Managment experience.
