On behalf of Britvic, Elevate are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to join our award winning sales team, working with some of the most iconic brands in the soft drinks industry, Pepsi Max the number one selling cola, London Essence Company voted No.2 bestselling mixer in the UK and Aqua Libra an exciting new water dispense solution.

Scotland is a key region within our team, and you will be required to be the driving force behind the team success.

Your focus will be to support the team in increasing distribution of all our dispense options into the FTB licensed outlets within Scotland.

The successful candidate’s role will include:

Coaching & supporting in customer meetings, as well as travelling throughout Scotland to ensure your team of Business Development Executives and Business Account Executives are achieving their targets.

Run team meetings to ensure continued product knowledge and achievement of sales targets. 

Work closely with our other Regional Sales Mangers and Licensed Sector Controller to ensure standards & performance are being achieved.

A good knowledge of on-trade National & Regional Route to Market networks. Where you will be required to develop working relationships with them to support your team.

Key skills we are looking for:

•    Proven sales experience at a Team Manager or Senior BDE level. 
•    A proven track record of nurturing, developing, and managing a sales team preferably in the licenced sector. 
•    Passionate about the licensed drinks Industry.
•    Able to Support national / regional sales strategies.
•    Confident, personable, well presented and above all a strong people manager & coach.
•    Good negotiation skills & commercial mind-set, someone who can influence others. 
•    Computer literate and comfortable making presentations in 1-2-1 and group meetings.
•    Strong time-management, teamwork, and communication – able to work to tight deadlines, set & monitor targets to achieve results.
•    Have a strong sales background and be able to clearly identify results you have achieved via others.
•    Resilience and able to travel 
•    It is a requirement of this role that you hold a full clean licence.
