  • Strategic role focusing on the corporate strategy of the business from manufacturing the product through to distributing via retail and direct to the consumer.
  • The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CFO & CEO to drive the growth both nationally and internationally.

Due to significant growth this privately owned company are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to join their executive team and help drive the company forward. My client are based in Central London.

Description

Strategic Planning and Execution:​Collaborate with the CEO, CFO and executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic plans and initiatives.​Ensure alignment of departmental goals with overall company objectives.​Monitor progress on key initiatives and projects, providing regular updates to the board.​

Operational Efficiency:​Streamline processes and operations across the organisation to enhance efficiency and productivity.​Identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges proactively.​Oversee special projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely and successful completion.​

Communication and Coordination:​Serve as a liaison between the CEO/CFO and various departments, ensuring effective communication and information flow.​Prepare and review presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO and executive team.​Facilitate and manage executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.​

​Team Management:​Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.​Ensure the professional development and growth of team members.

Profile

Due to the size of the business we are looking for someone currently in a Chief of Staff role, other qualities below:​Experience in a strategic, operational, or consultancy role within a consumer brand manufacturer.​Exposure to a fast growth business with knowledge of both retail and direct to consumer models.​Proven track record of managing complex projects and initiatives successfully.​Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.​Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.​Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.​Ability to see the big picture and align operational activities with strategic goals.​Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.High attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all tasks.​Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.​London based.
