Due to phenomenal growth over the last few years the leadership team in conjunction with the European Parent Group have established a very clear route to market strategy and now have a very strong presence and distribution  in UK Grocery and across the Food Manufacturing sectors with some of the UKs leading suppliers. 

The roles report into the Sales & Marketing Director and will work closely with the Managing Director and other members of the business in Sales, Logistics, Finance and Technical

This roles will present the opportunity for high potential National Accounts professionals to manage major customers and fast track their career through strong coaching and exposure in all areas of customer and team management and is the start of the commercial team build.  The business is at an ambitious scale up stage, has established multimillion £ sales,  a strong operating model and mission to become the UK centre of excellence for Polish Food & Drink brands via one stop strategic supplier partnerships.

Responsibilities of each role includes

Management of key UK Grocery Retail  & B2B accounts Helping to develop and grow accounts for our Supplier partners Delivering optimal promotional plans, where listed Launching new branded product ranges at annual range changes Best in class day to day account management including analysis on the Retailer portals Effective cross functional collaboration with department heads and appointed Suppliers overseas Managing relationships, contract renewals and pricing. The ideal candidate(s)

3-5 years’  + experience in FMCG across Grocery retail and B2B Account management with Food Manufacturers Experience of working with Food products, Brands, Own Label and Ingredient contacts  Thrives in an ambitious and fast paced environment Great at working within cross functional teams Exemplary commercial acumen & negotiation skills Effective networker and relationship builder Available to travel to Europe for meetings with Supplier partners, where required Offer 

Package to include, Base salary, TBC but c£45-55,000, Performance bonus, TBC, Car Allowance TBC and Pension Remote working. UK Head office in Surrey. No mandated office days, travel to customers and team meet ups are required.
