Hybrid working (2 days in HQ) - Berks/Bucks

The role:
Leading a dynamic team of six, your extensive brand marketing experience will be the cornerstone of the business unit's success. Your role will encompass overseeing brand management, orchestrating communications, and steering digital marketing initiatives whilst collaborating with the shopper activation team. Your proven track record in devising and implementing consumer communication strategies will be instrumental in crafting first class campaigns, ensuring their execution by the team, and that performance is analysed to drive continuous improvement.

You:

• Proven leader at Head of Brand / Senior Marketing Manager level within branded FMCG
• A history of delivering high brand growth through first class marketing initiatives
• Energetic style that brings people together and drives success
• Strong marketing strategy planning skills with the ability to direct campaigns effectively
• Lead media and creative agency selection with ability to manage strategically
• Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills
• Comfortable with working 2 days in Head Office – around Berks/Bucks region.
