Description

• Manage and enhance the range of cruise products offered to members, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and value.
• Create new and exciting cruise packages to keep our offerings fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to secure the best rates, maximising value for our members and the company.
• Keep the website up-to-date with current offers, news, and information.
• Generate and provide reports for Business Partners and the commercial team as needed to track performance and inform strategy

Profile

A successful Cruise Product Manager should have:

• Previous exposure working in a product management role, ideally in the travel or cruise industry
• Strong negotiation skills and being able to manage stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage internal teams
• Competence in creating detailed reports and spreadsheets
• A passion for travel and being able to deliver exceptional experiences
