The role:

  • As Commercial Channel Manager EMEA you will be responsible for building and maximising senior stakeholder commercial relationships across EMEA across a complex diverse category of FMCG products.
  • The Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will lead on annual strategic planning for the region including financial plans, quarterly business reviews and monthly
  • In the role the Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will work cross functionally with insights, innovation, finance etc to drive execution of projects that deliver targeted sales and profit
  • Having an equal mix of strategy and execution responsibility the Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all strategic marketing and brand plans for EMEA are executed effectively
  • The Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will develop a broad understanding of consumer, customer, category and shopper to drive the commercial agenda across a multi country geography.


Ideal candidate:

  • You will have in-depth broad commercial experience across account management and may have a broader background across other commercial functions such as commercial strategy or marketing. This will be gained from a global FMCG brand or from a top4 UK grocery multiple in a buying role. Ideally will be from a complex category and will involve experience of working with various international markets and cultures.
  • As Commercial Channel Manager EMEA you will have well rounded experience across sales and marketing and will have the ambition and drive to progress your career.
  • It is essential to have fantastic stakeholder engagement, relationship building and communication skills both internally and externally. You will be comfortable regularly communication with senior individuals including board level
  • You will be use data and insights to drive decision making and will be able to demonstrate the rigor and attention to detail required for this role 
  • The Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will be able to demonstrate an equal mix of strategy and execution throughout their career

  • The Commercial Channel Manager EMEA will demonstrate excellent leadership ability and will be comfortable navigating ambiguity of a large complex multi-national organisation

  • Excellent package – up to £90,000 plus car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits  
  • Location = Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week)
