An exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of a core product category whilst driving sustainable growth for the brand.

Description

* Create and implement product marketing plans for a core category meeting critical metrics
* Develop GTM strategies, including pricing, distribution, product mix, and promotional recommendations
* Directly manage a specific product segment, including lineup optimization and initiatives targeted at driving operational efficiency or responding to market challenges
* Support and advise on the the management of pricing strategies by product and by segment and manages promotional roadmap to drive sales
* Analyzes sales forecasts and monitor marketing investments for maintaining accurate target plans and inventory balance to hit P&L goals
* Prepare and own the forecasts for assigned categories including timely EOL strategies
* Tracks weekly product sales data by account and by SKU to manage forecasts and resolve challenges
* Conducts sales and supply chain meetings, develop weekly forecasts, and confirm the sales estimates essential for achieving supply chain efficiency and appropriate inventory levels
* Create key product marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
* Present product line-up features and strategy at key customer meetings and events
* Conduct competitive market analysis and online research to stay ahead of the competition

Profile

A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:
  • A strong academic background with a degree in a relevant field
  • PMM experience in a relatable sector (mandatory)
  • Generate creative perspectives and establishing new, effective ways of working
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working within a fast-paced, evolving industry
  • Identifying future trends and how to use these for business success
  • Analysing industry trends and competitors to create business opportunities
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills
  • A passion for technology as well as the capability to understand technology features to have credible conversations
  • Establish alternatives from a rational perspective whilst making judgements accurately and on time
  • Improve customer satisfaction by operating resources and making decisions based on the customer
