Job Details

An exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Manager has arisen, providing hybrid working in Berkshire, with 2 or 3 days in the offices in Berkshire. The successful candidate will join an FMCG organisation with recognised brands; with the responsibility for delivering BTL activations, shopper insight and marketing campaigns. This is a 12 month FTC contract.

The successful Shopper Marketing Manager will...
  • Develop and implement strategic shopper marketing plans.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities.
  • Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.


A successful Shopper Marketing Manager should have...
  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous expertise working for an FMCG/Consumer organisation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Experience managing external agencies and working with data tools.
