This role is responsible for delivering growth across wholesale and in-house retail channels for a leading luxury watch brand, with direct reports across retail and marketing.
Client Details
Our client is a globally recognised leader in luxury watches and part of a larger global group. Now looking to drive further growth in the UK market, they're looking for a sales manager to take ownership of the brand and increase sales across 3rd party department stores and their own retail store.
Description
- Hold full responsibility for the brand, reporting to the Country Manager and managing teams in marketing and retail
- Drive growth across wholesale, managing your existing account base of 3rd party luxury department stores
- Be responsible for opening new accounts through new business wins
- Manage 2 direct reports in marketing and PR, as well as manage an in-house retail store and team of 4
- Provide training for shop-in-shops and retail staff within your accounts
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sustained growth
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics
- Foster long-lasting relationships with key clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Report on sales results and suggest improvements
- Work with marketing to boost sales
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience working in wholesale and managing luxury department stores
- Experience working in or managing retail sites
- A background in high-end luxury goods. Watches, jewelery or other other premium goods
- Exposure to leadership and motivating teams
- Strong knowledge of customer behaviour and retail trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for luxury goods
