Job Details

An Interim Brand Planning Manager is requested for a thriving FMCG organisation based in Kent. The successful candidate will focus on the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive company growth; collaborating with internal and external teams and managing the allocation of budgets and resources. This will be a 12 month contract opportunity.

Our client is a reputable FMCG company, recognised for their high-quality products with a friendly team; and providing hybrid working, 2 or 3 days in the office in Kent.


The successful Brand Planning Manager will be responsible for;
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans; working with key stakeholders to drive excellent execution.
  • Managing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, through-the-line.
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders to influence performance.
  • Report on marketing performance metrics and market trends and opportunities.


A successful Brand Planning Manager should have the following expertise;
  • Experience in a brand management, brand strategy or brand planning role client side or agency side, ideally working with FMCG and/or consumer products.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in leading marketing budgets in the UK and/or internationally.
