We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to represent our partner BAT, with the aim to drive sales of their products via a Vending Machine proposition.

Role Details:
Salary: £28,000
Bonus: 10 % Performance Related Bonus
Contract : Fixed Term - 6 months
Start Date : 24th June 2024
Hours per week: 37.5 hours
Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone
As a Field Sales Executive for BAT, you will visit independent and regional businesses within clubs, pubs, and cocktail bars. You will manage your own defined territory with the aim securing new locations for vending machine and other business development solutions to ultimately increase sell out of specific BAT related products.
This is a 6 month trial that will work alongside an already existing and successful internal team, with the ambition to extend the contract into 2025 and beyond.
Role Responsibilities:
- To sign up new business sites, gaining agreements within the HoReCa sector against set targets for your territory.
- Follow the key criteria guidelines when signing up new locations.
- Visit a database of sites across your agreed territory on a regular basis, build strong relationships and ultimately encourage growth.
- Have a natural ability to identify new prospects and a proven track record in sales conversion rates.
- Identify and pioneer your own opportunities, with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Establish positive business relationships and to present the benefits to prospective partners.
- Accurately report the outcome of each visit via a provided smart device to enable a full database of prospects to be built.
- Providing regular feedback including recommendations and new innovations.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a territory-based role and within the HoReCa sector would be ideal, although not essential
- Ability to clearly communicate BAT product benefits to a variety of business owners.
- Strong sales background and a natural ability in relationship building, underpinned with the drive to succeed.
- Previous experienced in data capture via smart devices or comparable knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport with independent business owners and utilise strong influencing skills.
- A full, (preferably clean) UK drivers’ licence will be required.
