The Company:

My client is a leading manufacturer of sustainable products suppling the hospitality, leisure, foodservice and retail sectors. My client has major customers within restaurant and pub chains, national stadia, large festival and sporting events as well as global contract caterers.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious salesperson to join a business at the forefront of sustainable product development who are using new technology and revolutionary materials to transform the food packaging and disposables marketplace.


A UK business independently owned who are experiencing considerable growth. Our clients’ success has come from the manufacture and design of award winning eco and sustainable products. Demonstrating their ability to adapt to market trends and social responsibility by offering bespoke products and creative solutions.


Following continued success my client is driving further growth with exciting new product ranges in eco-friendly and innovative products. To manage this growth my client is looking to employ a new salesperson with national account and new business experience.  


The Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that have experience in selling to large end-user accounts and catering distributors.
  • The successful candidate will split their time managing and developing existing high-profile accounts and winning new business, growing sales of the new and existing product ranges.
  • This will be done through a portfolio of established and loyal distributors as well as direct to the end-user operators.


The Person:

The successful candidate will need to possess the following attributes:


  • Experience selling to the hospitality and foodservice sector.
  • Ideally had some exposure to sustainability within the sector.
  • Track record of selling catering equipment, beverage equipment, catering disposables, food, tableware, glassware, or food packaging.
  • Experience of having managed and developed key and national accounts.
  • A proven success in new business development.
  • Creative thinker who can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent organisational skills including report writing.
