About this role
The Strategic Accounts team has grown significantly over the past 24 months to become a key component of our strategic objectives within the UK. Over this short period, the team has successfully partnered with many of the leading global, national, and regional brands operating in the UK and onboarded thousands of restaurants and grocery stores.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our largest Global Grocery account, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping its success. You will have the chance to learn and grow alongside a talented team, with ample opportunities for career advancement and skill development.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Primary responsibility is to ensure that day-to-day operations with retailers are executed flawlessly.
- Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that they are optimised for success.
- Support the Strategic Account Manager with driving retailer performance, including leading weekly calls and preparing materials for monthly review meetings.
- Regularly monitor and analyse the operational metrics of retailers. Conduct weekly operational reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Conduct analytical deep-dives to uncover value opportunities by understanding customer behaviour and benchmarking partner performance against the competitive set.
- Leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership at all levels, ensuring they receive timely and relevant updates and facilitate decision-making.
